O.K. is the debut single released by B1A4 from their debut EP, Let's Fly.
A Japanese version of the song was released as the last track on 1, the group's Japanese debut studio album.
Composition[]
The lyrics were written by Geul Gongjang and composed by Seo Young Bae. The raps were written by Baro.
Promotion[]
On April 19, 2011 WM Entertainment released a promotional teaser for the music video [1], later posting the full video as well as their debut EP, Let's Fly, two days later.
On April 23, 2011 they performed the song on MBC Show! Music Core as well as other music performance television platforms to promote the single [2][3][4].
Music Video[]
The music video begins with the group (B1A4) lip-syncing to the song in an instrument-filled room, occasionally featuring members playing with guitars, drums, and other instruments. While CNU sings the bridge, the music video transitions to a basketball court with CNU holding a basketball. Once the chorus begins the setting is reverted back to the original room with all members faking instrumental-playing with the exception of Sandeul who's singing into a microphone connected to an amp.
Immediately after the chorus where Baro's rap initiates, the scenes begin to quickly mix. A new actress is shown acting playful with CNU in the basketball court. Meanwhile a new set, featuring the B1A4 logo created through instruments with a black backdrop, is shown with all the members continuing to lip-sync to the song. Eventually all the members join the basketball game and the song continues up until the end featuring the basketball court scenes edited with the rest of the sets.
